ONE PERSON COMPANY
Earlier minimum two people
were required to register a Private Limited company. Therefore the only option left
to person who wants to do business alone was “Sole Proprietorship”.
Now in Companies Act, 2013
even a single person can register a company.
These Companies are called
as “One Person Company”.
